Philip Egan is an Irish born Fashion Designer and creative Pattern Cutter based in London. He has studied Fashion Design at the National College of Art and Design in Dublin. He graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in 2022.

During his studies, he completed multiple internships. He Interned for Robert Wun during his A/W 20 collection and with Irish designers Alison Conneely and Roisin Gartland. Throughout his degree and internship’s, Philip became well versed in pattern drafting, garment construction and machine sewing. Being in a studio based environment gave him a sharp eye for finishings.

After graduating, He worked as a Junior Pattern Cutter in Styletex. Expanding on his Pattern Cutting, Grading and Maker Making skills.

While at Styletex, he gained valuable experience in the digital pattern making software Lectra Modaris. Philips skills in manual pattern cutting complements his digital skills, ensuring a comprehensive approach to pattern development. Alongside Lectra, he is also proficient in Clo3D, The Adobe Suite, Diamino maker making and Microsoft Office.
